For some people it is! I never really enjoyed the background of it where I was from but... Just being home with my family was nice.

Oh sure me and my friend Luca live in this tree house

[ He attaches a photo of their home, which he's graciously stepped outside to take just for her reference... but the other directions he gives are pretty vague, like "outside town by that little store on the corner of the road" or something to that effect. But at least she's got photographic direction to go off, and without any question or suspicion, to boot! Good at her job...! ]

I've never really celebrated holidays. Sounds like fun? People seem pretty excited about it.

Even if your family isn't here I bet it'll be fun to celebrate with your new friends here right? (and/or friends from home? I guess I never asked you, ha)

[ There's the sound of rustling paper as Grog pulls out the note the owl left him. Sadly, he can't make his Oracle's voice read it aloud to him like he can with texts, so he'll have to try to sound it out himself. ]

Me, too. ( it was technically her bedroom, but let's not think about that too much.

Whenever Meryl did figure out what a willow tree was and made her way over, Night Sky was indeed lounging under said tree. The garden around it was lush, pathways slightly (purposefully) overgrown and lined with wildflowers. A proper garden with a variety of flowers off to one side, and even more scattered around with less obvious organization.

Night Sky probably should have warned Meryl about her usual attire... or lack thereof. The dryad was donned in nothing but a few precariously placed leaves upon her chest and the apex of her legs; vines twined around her limbs. She was lying on her back propped up on a pillow of moss and looking off like she was daydreaming.)

Lively is pretty good. Honestly, I'm not a very big party person but being around my friends is... nice. I don't know that we're planning an official party but.
Maybe I can make dinner for the house at some point? Something fancy, so we can all sit down together?

Honestly, my Holidays probably aren't anything like anyone else's. Where I'm from, a lot of cultures sort of got... mashed together. I think a lot of what we do follows Old Earth faith but... knowing that is above my paygrade I think.
