There are more ways to help than just gathering information.
There are plenty of new faces that trickle in. Sometimes it's as simple as making sure they are acclimated. Or that others have support when they need it.

Grand actions are great, but they're not the be-all, end-all.

When I first got here, my Captain told me to focus on making allies. That's what I've been trying to do. The more of us there are fighting against this shit, the better chance we have. I know that.

Don't misunderstand. I can't say that I am actively fighting against any of this. I just want information. And the last thing I want is to anger someone who might actually be able to grant a wish.

There are many here who could benefit from something like that.

That's good to hear. Believe me, I know it's hard to sit on your hands and not do anything, but sometimes that's the better option. At least until you have a clear course of action.

We didn't have much opportunity back home to sit and figure things out before we had to take action. But I guess things are a little different here. [It's healthy for him to acknowledge that, at least!]
